# Manage Orders

## The Orders tab on console.helixpay.ph contains all transactions made through your HelixPay store.

#### Compared to the Event Tickets list, this page shows customer’s **orders per checkout**.

**Search Orders**

You can search orders by customer name, customer ID, order ID, and city.

**Customize Columns and Filter Orders**

You can customize the visible columns for convenient viewing. The default columns are Order #, Payment Date, Customer, Order, Price, Status, and Payment Method.

You can also filter orders by customer details, payment details, and order details.

**View Order Details**

By clicking each order row, you will be able to view all the details of the order, including the customer details and the tickets connected to it, if there is any.

**Export Order Summary**

Orders can be exported as .csv or Google Sheets file. The file will contain all columns relevant to the exported list.
