Manage Orders

Compared to the Event Tickets list, this page shows customer’s orders per checkout.

Search Orders

You can search orders by customer name, customer ID, order ID, and city.

Customize Columns and Filter Orders

You can customize the visible columns for convenient viewing. The default columns are Order #, Payment Date, Customer, Order, Price, Status, and Payment Method.

You can also filter orders by customer details, payment details, and order details.

View Order Details

By clicking each order row, you will be able to view all the details of the order, including the customer details and the tickets connected to it, if there is any.

Export Order Summary

Orders can be exported as .csv or Google Sheets file. The file will contain all columns relevant to the exported list.
