FAQs Settings

Enable the FAQs settings to display FAQs directly on your storefront or link to an external FAQ resource.

This section lets you create and manage a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for your storefront. The FAQ content can be organized into categories with question-and-answer pairs to address common customer inquiries – reducing support tickets and improving transparency.

Set up your FAQs settings by following these steps:

1. Configure your FAQs Page.

  • Toggle on “Enable FAQs Page”.
  • (Optional) Toggle on “Show FAQ link in home page”.
  • (Optional) Encode the link to an external FAQs Page if it is not configured on your HelixPay storefront.
  • Encode the text to the FAQs content.

 

2. Alternatively, if you do not prefer a FAQs Page, you can configure a FAQs Section directly on your storefront.

  •  Toggle off “Enable FAQs Page”. 
      
  •  Manage header title and alignment and fonts for the texts. 
  •  Click “+Add FAQ Item” to encode content.
