This is possible through the Customer Page.

Customer Page

The Customer Page is the account dashboard where your attendee can view their order history, payment history, ticket details, and account information.

1. Get the link of the storefront.

In this example, https://samplehelix.helixpay.ph/

2. Add “/profile” at the end of the link. 

In this example, https://samplehelix.helixpay.ph/profile

3. Customer will input their Philippine mobile number to receive an OTP that they need to encode. Otherwise, they have to input their email. 

4. Upon successful submission of OTP, customer will be able to see their customer page.
