Creating Single Purchase Product

Unlike ticket products, you do not need to create an event before creating a single purchase product. Once logged in at console.helixpay, follow these steps:

Go to Business Tools > Products > Product List
Click the Create New button and select Single Purchase
Input the product title, select a category, and configure the user group that can manage the product. You can tag the item as an add-on if it can only be purchased with another product.

Note: Only products without variants can be tagged as an add-on. You can still add the product as an add-on even if the add-on-only option is disabled. With this, the product can be purchased alone or as an add-on.
Set the Product Visibility. Select Always if you want it to always appear on the storefront. Otherwise, select Limited if you wish to launch and/or expire the item at a specific date and time, and Hidden if you do not want it visible on the store.

Pro Tip: Select Limited product visibility and set the end time to the event or sale end time so you don’t have to disable the visibility of the item manually.
Customize the purchase limit on the Stock Settings portion. You may limit the purchase per checkout and per customer ID.
Set Variant Options if applicable. Variants are options that can affect the price and inventory of the item. On the other hand, properties are options or fields that cannot affect the price and inventory of the item.
Upload Product Media. You may upload up to 5 photos (2MB limit each) or videos (5GB limit each). The recommended image size is 1080x1080 px to fit the square frame per product.
Add a Product Description.
Set the item price. Enter the base price and discount price if applicable. This will display on the storefront as a slashed price. If you have variants, you can click Sync Prices and edit each variant combination accordingly.
Click Save, then enter the stock per product variant. You can also change this after the initial edit on the Inventory tab.

Creating Single Purchase Product

Single purchase products don’t generate e-tickets with a QR code. This product type is perfect for merch items, digital products, or virtual event registrations.
