1. Go to Mosaic POS Website Login The admin must login first.
2. After the admin logged new login page will appear. This time the actual POS user will be the one that needs to login.
3. Once the user logs in, they are taken to the Brand/outlet selection option.
-If user is to manage (access) multiple outlets only then the outlet selection will be displayed.
-If the user is managing a single outlet, they will be taken to the POS selection page directly.
-If the user can manage Multiple POS, then a POS selection screen will be displayed.
4. Once a brand/outlet has been selected, you will be directed to the list of item/menu
a. Name of the brand
b. Search field
c. Category
d. Item Group
e. Item list
5. Start by selecting items from the item list
6. All the selected items will automatically show on the right part of the screen.
6. You can also adjust the qty by clicking on the item that you want to edit the qty and then click the
(- and +)
7. After selecting the items, you can now click “Place Order”
8. A KOT will be generated/printed. Simple click “ok”.
Now you have successfully placed an order.
