Step by step guide
1. Go to Mosaic POS website. The admin must login first.
2. Click “Login”
A new login page will appear. This time the actual POS user will be the one that needs to login.
3. Select the user.
4. Type the pin using the onscreen number pad
5. Click “Enter”
Once the user logs in, they are taken to the Brand/outlet selection option.
-If user is to manage (access) multiple outlets only then the outlet selection will be displayed.
-If the user is managing a single outlet, they will be taken to the POS selection page directly.
-If the user can manage Multiple POS, then a POS selection screen will be displayed.
6. Once a brand/outlet has been selected, you will be directed to the list of item/menu.
