Here are the 4 easy steps on how to Ingredient Adjustment in Mosaic Analytics.
Step 1. Go to “Inventory Management”.
- click Ingredient Adjustment.
Step 2. Select brand from the list of brand dashboards.
Step 3. Then click “Add New Adjustments”.
A new window open, fill out the necessary information.
a. Outlet
b. Ingredient
c. Adjustment date
d. UOM
e. Adjustment Code
f. Adjustment Quantity
g. Adjustment Reason
Step 4. Once done, click “Add Adjustment” to record the details.
