Here are the 5 easy steps on how to View Food Cost in Mosaic Analytics.
Step 1. To view Food Costs, click on the “Reports” button on the leftmost part of the screen.
Step 2. Then on the “Enterprise Dashboard” button select the brand that you would like to view.
Step 3. Then on the list of reports on 2nd leftmost part of the screen, click on “Food Costs”.
Step 4. In the Food Cost screen, you will be able to see Cost of Goods per Outlet.
Step 5. Click on a particular outlet to see the category cost of goods and ingredient cost of goods for that outlet.
