Note: Please note: Issuance can only be done in the storage area or stockroom only. Make sure that the selected location is stockroom or storage area by clicking the icon to toggle between properties if user has rights to multiple properties.
Here are the 10 easy steps on how to create a Issuance in Mosaic Purchasing System.
Login to Purchasing System. Select the Issuing outlet (Usually these are your commissary or stockrooms)
Step 1: Go to “Purchasing & Inventory” Module.
Step 2: Click “Issue”.
Step 3: Click” Add New”
- Tap on “Add new” button to start creating a new Issuance.
A new window will open, this is where you will process the issuance
Step 4: Select the outlet. Select the outlet. Upon selecting the outlet, the address/ manager details linked to that outlet will automatically populate.
Step 5: Assign a date.
Step 6: Once the outlet is selected, all approved PR’s are now displayed for that outlet.
Step 7: Select a specific PR.
Step 8: The items in the selected PR’s will be displayed.
Step 9: Type in the qty that you will be issuing to the requesting branch.
You may also use the copy all button, to automatically copy the qty in “Qty requested” column.
Step 10: Click "Save”, to save the transaction. (any pending items and quantities are left as pending for a second update of the issue doc)
