Here the 9 easy steps on how to Create a PR template in Mosaic Purchasing system.
Login to Purchasing System.
Step 1: Go to “Settings” Module
Step 2: Click “PR/TR Template”
Step 3: Click” Add New”
- Tap on “Add new” button to start creating a new template.
Step 4: A new window will open. Type in the Description/name of the template.
Step 5: Make sure that the toggle button is in “Yes”
Step 6: Click “Save”.
After you click save, you will be directed back to the list of templates, and you will see here your newly added template.
Step 7: Look for your newly added template then Click “Add”.
Step 8: A new window will open. And you may now start adding items that needs to be listed on the template
A. One can pre filter using the category field, or directly choose the items from the dropdown list.
B. Enter the standard quantities that are ordered for this item.
C. Click “Save”
After clicknig "Save"
NOTE: Clicking save, will add the record which is visible in the table below.
Step 9: Click “X” button to exit the page.
Or you may repeat steps 1-9 until you add all the items needed to be listed in your template.
