1. Login to Purchasing System then Go to “Settings” Module
2. Click “Item Setup”
3. Click “Item”
4. Click “Search”
- Search the item that you want to edit
6. Once you found the item, click the “edit” button.
7. A new window will open, showing you the information of the item. Now you can edit the details of the item such as
- Description
- Unit of measure
- Category
- Sub-category
- Reorder unit
- Supplier
- Taxes
- Cost center
- image
8. Once done, click “Update” button to save the record the changes and to return to the list of items
Repeat steps 1-6 if there’s a need to edit more items
