1. Go to mosaicpos.com
2. Login using your Mosaic POS web credentials.
Please ensure that your router is turned on.
3. On the left side of the screen, click "Users".
4. Under "Users" click "User".
5. On the user page, find the desired user.
6. Click on the "edit" icon.
7. Type your new password.
8. Type your new passcode
** Passcode is used for voiding and taking orders on the POS machine.
9. Click “Update” once done to save the changes.
