Please check if the server is turn on.
1. If the server is turn on. There should be a blue light in the power button.
2. In this image shows that the server is turned off. If the server is turned off, please long press this to turn on the server.
3. Please check if the power plug is plugged to the server and also on power outlet.
4. Please check if the LAN cable is plugged. There should be a light on LAN cable if there’s no light Please check the LAN cable is plug properly.
Please check if the router is turned on.
1. Check if the router is on. There should be lights in the router.

Please check the power plug is connected.
1. Please check if the LAN cable is plugged properly to the POS. There should be a light on LAN cable. You can see a label number 1 in the LAN represents ROUTER-POS.
2. Please check if the LAN cable is plugged properly to the server. There should be a light on LAN cable. You can see a label number 2 in the LAN represents ROUTER-SERVER.

Please check if the Lan cable on POS is plugged.

Please try to restart the server and router.
1. To restart the server long press the power button.
2. To restart the router, unplug and plug the power plug.
Please check if the ethernet is turn on in POS network settings.
