To assign new users to a new location, users must provide access (or permission) to the brand and its corresponding locations. In the step-by-step guide below, users will be able to know how to assign users to new locations.
Assigning Roles and Users to the Brand
1. Navigate and login to https://app.restoiq.com/
2. Go to "Settings".
3. Click "Access management".

4. Click the elipsis icon (three-vertical dots).
5. Select "Assign".
6. Locate the brand you wish to provide an acce
7. Users may also select other brands to provide multiple locations.
8. Click "Save".
To view locations (of the brand)
1. Inside Access Management, click the Elpisis button (three-vertical dots).
2. Click "Assign".
3. Locate the brand you wish to inspect, and click the elipsis button.
4. Select "Modify".
5. Check if the location has the status "Permission granted". If none, enable/tick the checkbox on the left.
6. Click "Save".
