Business Logo
First, log-in to your Mosaic POS Back office: https://admin.mosaic-pos.com/
1. Under Accounts Setup, locate “Accounts”.
2. Locate the account you’re updating then under the “Action” column, select the “View Account Logo” option.
3. Browse for the logo you wish to upload.
4. Locate then select the file.
5. Your logo is now ready, and to complete the task, click “Upload”.

Recommendation: Convert to Black & White before uploading your logo. This feature only works for thermal printers like the Epson 82x. This will not work for currently deployed IMIN, SUNMI, and other dot-matrix printers/devices. For further support, you may contact: support.mosaic-solutions.com. |
Troubleshooting
If your newly uploaded logo is not reflected on your receipt printouts, it is best to:
1. Uninstall, then
2. Reinstall the Mosaic POS application on your Android Devices via Google Playstore. To install, just search "Mosaic POS", and install.
