General Notes:
Syncing of Product Items
- To reflect the product items from the back office:
- Connect first to Internet
- Login to the POS Client
- From the POS Dashboard, select the sync icon
NOTE: Currently to sync the updated client's Menu Promo's, clients need to connect to internet
Step by Step Guide.
This is our current Menu, and we will be adding a new product (Iced Tea Glass).
At the Back Office, add in the new item.
Note: Please refer to our Help Center Article – “POS Article 23: How to Add Items” on how to add a new item.
1. Going back to the Front End, click on the “Sync” icon to reflect the newly added item.
Iced Tea Glass is now added to our Menu.
Note: Sync button can be used also when you make changes on the Items at the Back Office such as Price update, Product availability, etc.
